I grew up with a father who was a painter. He worked hard. He provided. He did what blue collar dads have always done: he put his head down and kept going.
But the work did not stop when he got home. There were calls to return, jobs to think about, notes to chase, estimates to finish, and problems waiting for tomorrow. I wanted him to throw the ball with me. I wanted him at my games. Like a lot of kids with hard-working parents, I learned early that the business could take up the room before family ever got a turn.
That stays with you.
Blue Collar Workflows was built from that memory. I am a blue collar guy with a white collar skill, and I use it to help good business owners build systems that give them time back. Not so they can work less hard, but so the hard work finally has a place to stop.
