Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 3, 2026

Blue Collar Workflows LLC provides business workflow tools for trade and service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit our website, create an account, or use our service.

If you have questions or want to make a privacy request, email bill.puccio@bluecollarworkflows.com.

Information we collect

We collect information you submit to us or enter into the service. This may include your name, email address, business name, account details, and messages you send us.

We may also collect limited technical and usage information, such as device and browser details, log information, and how you use the service, to operate, secure, and improve it.

Customer and job information

Blue Collar Workflows does not collect customer or job information as its own customer records. Customer names, contact details, job details, notes, quotes, schedules, and similar information entered through the Service go to the business owner’s secured workspace. The business owner controls that workspace and the information in it.

When an authorized feature needs to work with information in that workspace, we process it only to provide that feature. We do not retain that information as our own customer database or use it for advertising.

Google integrations

We access Google account data only when you choose to connect your Google account and authorize the integration. Depending on the features you use, that may include the limited Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar data needed to provide the connected feature—for example, to read or create files, work with selected spreadsheets, or view or create calendar events related to your workflow.

We use this Google data only to provide and support the features you request. We do not use Google data for advertising, and we do not sell it. You can disconnect an integration through the service or by contacting us.

Google Workspace Data and Artificial Intelligence

The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Blue Collar Workflows does not use Google Workspace API data to develop, improve, or train generalized or foundational artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

How we use information

We use the account, business, and technical information we collect to provide, maintain, support, and improve Blue Collar Workflows; set up and manage accounts; process payments; communicate with you; protect the service; and meet legal obligations. We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand how the service is used and improve it.

Service providers

We use service providers to help run our business and service. These may include Google for authorized integrations, Stripe for payment processing, Resend for email delivery, OpenAI for AI-assisted features, and hosting and infrastructure providers. These providers may process information on our behalf only as needed to provide their services to us.

AI-assisted features

Some features may use AI to help prepare quotes, schedules, summaries, or other workflow output. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing it and deciding whether it is appropriate before you send it, use it with a customer, or rely on it in your business.

How we share information

We share information with our service providers, when you direct us to connect or share information through an integration, when required by law, and when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, or service. We may also share information as part of a business transaction, such as a merger or sale. We do not sell personal information.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we collect and our systems. No system or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. We keep information we collect for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Your choices and requests

You may ask us to provide access to, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to close your account. To make a request, email bill.puccio@bluecollarworkflows.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited information when required or permitted by law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date.
